Enrollment

Step 1

Get to know Bethlehem Christian Academy.

We invite you to come and see our school. Our Administrator or staff will be available to answer any questions. Please call the school office at 770-307-1574 to schedule an appointment or to arrange a school visit.

Step 2

Complete Applications

Applications are accepted for Fall enrollment beginning on February 10th. Church Members of Bethlehem First Baptist and siblings of students are privileged to an early enrollment.

Each application must include the following:

Completed Application -- Enrollment Form
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Matriculation Fee
Birth Certificate
Form 3231 Up-to-date Immunization Form
Form 3300 Hearing, Dental & Vision Form (K4 and up only)
Transcripts/Records Release Form from previous school.

When the application is complete and the registration fee is paid, then preschool students are assured a place in the class.

Step 3

Meet with Administration

Families of new academy students must meet with the Administrator prior to acceptance. Following this meeting, the student will be notified soon as to the acceptance/denial of the application.

Academy Registration Fee


Kindergarten - 5th Grade	$200

Preschool Matriculation

This fee covers the cost of the student insurance, associational dues (accreditation), and consumable books. It does not cover the cost of the yearbook. $30.

Academy Matriculation and Testing Fees

This fee will cover cost of consumable books, usage only of BCA owned books and equipment which remain property of B.C.A., associational dues (accreditation), student school insurance fee, achievement testing, classroom fee, and a yearbook. $300. Each student entering the Academy must take an Entrance Exam. The cost for this testing is a non-refundable fee of $50.

Tuition Discounts Options

1. Paid In Full Discount

a. 10% Active Bethlehem FBC Church Member* *Active membership is verified by tithing and attendance through the church office.

b. 5% Non-Church Member

2. Multi-student discounts are given for families with more than one student enrolled at BCA. Annual tuition is discounted 10% for the second child and 5% for each additional child enrolled.

*please note: only 1 tuition discount option may be used per family.
