Our engaging, hands-on curriculum, that is integrated
with the truth of God's word and promotes active learning,
helps our teachers prepare our students for college and beyond.

Choosing an educational setting for your child is one of the most important parenting decisions a family makes. To make a well-informed decision, we know you need insight into our philosophy of education. How we approach the academic, spiritual, physical, and social development of students is core to what we do, and more importantly, core to what your student will experience at BCA. Our mission statement includes all four of these fundamental areas, and as we share our approach to academics, we feel it’s important to emphasize that academics is one leg of this four-fold approach to what we offer at BCA. We understand God has crafted each student with various gifts and talents, and we see our job as assisting the family in the uncovering and nurturing of these unique treasures to serve and glorify God, thereby furthering His Kingdom

You are invited to a closer look at our academics by scheduling a school tour and/or a student shadow day. We love to welcome guests!

Our academic philosophy can be summed up by the following four core beliefs:

  1. Kingdom Focus: The pursuit of knowledge must be grounded in the Word of God and for His glory.

  2. Excellent Faculty: The quality and character of the teacher is of utmost importance.

  3. Engaging Learning: Dynamic and creative environments promote real learning.

  4. Robust Curriculum: Learning objectives and resources should be rigorous, integrated across grade levels, and flexible enough to meet a wide range of learning needs.

BCA holds dual accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI)
and is a member of numerous professional and educational organizations
including the Georgia Independent School Association (GISA), and the Atlanta
Christian School Association (ACSA).
