Felder was an offensive lineman at Penn State under the legendary Joe Paterno, where he received many accolades during his time on the field. It was at Penn State where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree as well as a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Felder became the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Georgia under Mark Richt, who he later followed to the University of Miami as the Director of Strength and Conditioning. Most recently, Felder joined Coach Collins’ staff as the Player Development Coach at Georgia Tech before making his transition to BCA.

Coach Felder shares, “I’ve had a passion to be an AD for a long time and the Lord really had His hand on this timing. He has been preparing and prepping me for this through the years, and I couldn’t be more excited to join the BCA family.”

“We share the same heart and vision for what a spiritually strong athletic program should be for students.” Says Head of School, Rhonda Whiting. “The administration and coaching staff at BCA are beyond excited to have Coach Felder as a part of our team.”
