Application Process

The Application Process

We are delighted that you are considering BCA as a possibility for your future education needs! Our goal is to guide you through the admissions process, as well as answer any questions you may have about BCA.

Application Steps

Step 1: Application & Fee

Complete the application and submit with the non-refundable fee.
Step 2: Student Evaluation (for K-12 only)

Complete the testing/evaluation process with the school. The school will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Step 3: Student Records (for 1-12 only)

Sign the records release form giving BCA authority to request and receive previous school records, including: academics, attendance, behavior, and any additional prior evaluations.
Step 4: Interview

If requested, attend a family interview with an admissions or administrative representative.
Step 5: Student Acceptance

The admissions office will contact applicant's family with the admissions decision.
Step 6: Enrollment & Fee

Once accepted, complete online enrollment information and submit the enrollment fee.
Step 7: Payment Arrangements

Within FACTS online enrollment, arrange tuition payments.
Step 8: Enrollment Complete

When the admissions process is complete, the student is enrolled and ready to become part of the Bethlehem Christian Academy family.

Would you like to tour our campus?

Parents and students are encouraged to experience BCA now or any time during the admissions process by attending an upcoming Open House, scheduling a personal tour, or by scheduling a day for your child to shadow and personally experience BCA. We look forward to your visit!
