Before and After School Care

Registration Fee: Registration is required to utilize both before and after school. A one-time, annual fee of $25 will be applied to your FACTS account at the end of the month in which registration occurred.

Before School Program: Early care is offered daily for students enrolled preschool through 5^th grade from 7:30am-7:55am. Parents will walk their child between the building and playground to the glass double doors of the connector. There will be a teacher inside the door who will check your child in. Parents are NOT permitted to drop-off any children alone; they must be accompanied all the way to the connector doors by an adult. 

Before School Cost Options:

• $70/monthly rate
  • Please note that the monthly option will apply regardless of attendance.
• $5/day (drop-in)
  • You will be charged monthly depending on the attendance of your student

After School Program: After School is offered daily for students enrolled in PreK3 (FULL day only) through 8^th grade and runs from the end of afternoon carpool until 6pm. This excludes any early release days that could apply to the school schedule. Parents will check out their student in the elementary office. Only Names listed on the registration form will be permitted to check students out. Snack is provided daily to all students attending after school. Please note drinks are NOT provided and students should bring their water bottle every day. Please be sure to list ALL allergies that may apply on the registration form.

Personal Items: Any appropriate personal toys or items brought into after school will be the student’s personal responsibility and is not liable to the after school teacher or after school program.

Technology and Electronics: Preschool through 5^th grade classes are NOT permitted to bring any type of electronic device in after school. Junior High aged students are allowed to bring their laptop to work on any homework or other appropriate activities. BCA technology guidelines in the handbook will apply.

Behavior: Classroom management is important in after school. While we are gracefully understanding that students have been at school all-day, good behavior is the expectation. Any behavior concerns will be communicated directly to the parents by the coordinator, and parents with questions regarding any concerns should email mputnam@bcamail.org .

Additional Monthly Rate Option:

This monthly rate is an option to families that plan to utilize both before and after school

  • This monthly option will apply regardless of attendance and offers unlimited use of both before AND after school)

Afternoon Carpool Late Fee: Any students picked up after the conclusion of afternoon carpool until 4pm, will be charged a $10 late fee on their FACTS account each time a late pick-up occurs. The end of carpool is distinguished once the outside doors to the front lobby have been closed. Any students picked up after 4pm will be automatically registered into the after school program and billed as a “drop-in” that day.
