Before and After School Care

Registration Fee: Registration is required to utilize both before and after school. A one-time, annual fee of $25 will be applied to your FACTS account at the end of the month in which registration occurred.

Unlimited Before School - $70/monthly
Drop-In Before School - $5 per day
Unlimited After School - $250/monthly
Drop-in After School - $30 per day
Unlimited Before School AND After School - $320 monthly
There will be additional fees for students that are picked up after 6:00 p.m.

Before School Program: Before School is offered daily for students enrolled in preschool through 5th grade; 7:30a.m.-7:55 a.m. Drop off location will be at the Connector. Please note that parents are not permitted to drop-off any children alone; they must be accompanied all the way to the Connector doors by an adult.

After School Program: After School is offered daily for students enrolled in Prek3 (Full day only) through 8th grade; 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. This excludes early release days that could apply to the school schedule. Parents
will check their student out at the elementary office. Only names listed on the students FACTS account pick up list will be permitted to check students out. Snacks are provided daily to all attending students. Please be sure to list ALL allergies that may apply on the registration form.

Personal Items: Any appropriate personal toys or items brought into After School will be the student’s responsibility.
Technology and Electronics: Preschool through 5th grade are not permitted to bring any type of electronic devices. Jr. High students are allowed to bring their laptop to work on any homework or other appropriate activities.
Behavior: Classroom management is important in After School. While we are gracefully understanding that students have been at school all day, good behavior is still the expectation. Any behavior concerns will be directly communicated to the parents by the coordinator, and parents with any concerns should email mputnam@bcamail.org.

Afternoon Carpool Late Fee: Afternoon Carpool Late Fee: Any students picked up between the conclusion of
afternoon carpool and 4 pm, will be charged a $10 late fee on their FACTS account each time a late pick-up occurs. The end of carpool is distinguished once the outside doors the front lobby have been closed. Any
students picked up after 4 pm will be automatically registered into the afterschool program and billed as a “drop-in” that day.
