General required expenses include: uniforms, application/enrollment fees, book/technology fees, and Sustaining fee. 

Other fees may be assessed based on participation in programs such as: Lunch Program, Before and/or After School Program, art/science classes, and athletics/clubs. 

These costs do not qualify for financial aid or discounted rates.

BCA offers financial aid scholarships which provide
need-based financial aid. This financial aid is designed to supplement family resources to allow qualified students, regardless of their socioeconomic background, the possibility of experiencing BCA's educational opportunities. Families may apply for financial aid by clicking HERE. Families are not required to repay financial aid scholarships.

Parents represent that they do not intend to or foresee the need to withdraw the Students from the school during the current academic year or the upcoming academic year (if continuously enrolled for Academy or reenrolled for Preschool). The School relies on every Student's tuition and fees to operate. If a Student must be withdrawn during the academic year, whether due to unforeseen circumstance or the school dismissing a student, the parents agree that BCA will not refund any tuition, or costs paid or owed through the date of withdrawal or dismissal of the student. Furthermore, BCA will retain or require payment for four months of future tuition, in addition to any tuition costs outstanding up to the date of withdrawal or dismissal.
