Elementary Summer Reading Rewards

Entering 1st - 3rd  Grade Reading Rewards
Ice Cream Party: Each student who reads at least 8 books during the summer and completed the BCA summer reading log will be invited to an ice cream party during the month of August.
 
Entering 4th - 5th Grades Reading Rewards
Ice Cream Party: Each student who reads at least 4 books during the summer and completed the BCA summer reading log will be invited to an ice cream party during the month of August.

Junior High Summer Reading

Rules for Junior High Bingo Card

  1. The same book title can only be used up to FIVE times on the board. Therefore, you need to read a minimum of five books to blackout the board.
  2. Each row can only contain the same book title THREE times. Therefore, you need to read a minimum of two books to complete one row, or three books to complete two rows, and so on. (*This rule does not apply if you BLACKOUT the board)
  3. Of course you are welcome to read as many books as you want. Please feel free to add a sheet with book titles you have read to show what you’ve done!

Junior High Summer Reading Incentives

Complete ONE row = ice cream party
Complete TWO or more rows = pizza lunch in the library
Complete the BLACKOUT = field trip to The Story Shop & Scoops or Barnes & Noble
*You get all three incentives if you BLACKOUT!
