Discipleship
Discipleship at BCA is woven throughout our school and its various programs. From coaches with athletes, older students with younger peers, and teachers dedicated to small groups in our formal Lighthouse and Ironworks programs, opportunities to pour into our students’ hearts and minds abound. Discipleship is a mindset as much as a program. Our faculty are all trained in a solid biblical worldview, so they are prepared for the crucial conservations and cultural issues pressing on our students.
Lighthouse
We have a very important mission as women of Christ. We have been commissioned to go and make disciples, to pour into the next generation. This is our mission. Lighthouse is about carrying out this greatest calling of life-on-life mentorship. So we gather BCA high school girls to pour into, and we walk with them as they become image-bearers of Christ because, one day, they will be a generation of women pouring into the next generation.
